David Baxter - Trumpet and Piano
David Baxter has been teaching at Pritchard Music since moving to Maryland in 2013. Previously he was the Director of Instrumental Music at Newman University in Wichita, KS. For many years Mr. Baxter was a full time freelance musician in the Boston area. He studied at The New England Conservatory of Music and The Cleveland Institute of Music.
Mr. Baxter is adept at many styles of music and enjoys helping students of all ages and abilities increase their enjoyment of music and making music. His goal is to help each person develop a personally efficient technique that allows the student to express themselves in the music they love most.
Mr. Dave loves cats, cars and most other things that start with C....except crocodiles...definitely not crocodiles.
